Ms. Christina Y. Bai is a distinguished entrepreneur, educator, and philanthropist, celebrated for her extraordinary achievements in the realm of education. As the respected President of MeBo Global Education, she has pioneered innovations in cross-cultural youth education and spearheaded the creation of intercultural programs that bring together students from diverse national and socio-economic backgrounds. With an unwavering dedication to education, Ms. Bai serves an impressive 20,000 students each year, establishing her organization as an industry leader in the U.S., China, and Singapore.

A visionary in the domain of education technology, Ms. Bai boasts extensive experience in advising international students. This inspired her to tackle the communication challenges faced by colleges and student applicants. Addressing this need, she launched CollegeFindMe, a novel online student recruiting platform designed to enhance communication and connectivity between students and institutions. Today, CollegeFindMe stands as the largest AI-driven enrollment solution, serving students nationwide and international students from over 30 countries.

Ms. Bai's formidable intellect and entrepreneurial prowess have earned her accolades and facilitated key collaborations with prestigious educational after-school programs and organizations in the United States. These include America’s Promise, Black Students Fund, National Center for Youth Issues, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Boston, Be More Ready (Baltimore's Guide to College & Career Readiness), Reach Higher (initiated by Michelle Obama), Uplift Colorado, and The Possible Project. An ardent advocate for both youth and adult continuing education, Ms. Bai has mentored numerous high school entrepreneurs and has generously donated to organizations such as the Jewish Family and Service of Metro-West of Massachusetts, Cambridge Learning Center, and other local nonprofits.

In addition to her educational initiatives, Ms. Bai is a prominent Limited Partner in various globally-recognized venture capital firms. She established the Christina Bai-Chen scholarship at Harvard Kennedy School to support students studying gender equality and other relevant social topics. An active member of the Leadership Circle on the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board and the Dean’s Council, Ms. Bai also participates as a Super Judge & MBA Mentor for the New Venture Competition at Harvard Business School. She is a founding member of the Charter Circle of the United Nations Association of Greater Boston (UNAGB). In 2019, Women & Wealth Magazine honored Ms. Bai as one of the "19 Women to Watch" in the United States, showcasing her exceptional skill, resilience, and leadership in education.
