Jacqueline L. Landry serves as the Head of School/CEO of Marymount, L.A.’s pre-eminent all-girls independent Catholic high school, in Los Angeles, CA. Marymount is dedicated to empowering girls to be ethical leaders and global advocates. Prior, Landry served as the Catholic Chaplin at Harvard University from 1994 – 2005 and become the first lay woman to be the President of the United Ministry, the umbrella of 37 Chaplains from all the world's religious traditions at Harvard. Also at Harvard, she served on the Ann Radcliffe Trust to improve the climate for women at Harvard and was Director of Women's Spirituality and Leadership Programs. She was a member of the College Council and in 2003 was named a Merrill Fellow at Harvard Divinity School. Landry also served as campus minister at the University of Minnesota and St. Cloud University, and at Georgetown, her work focused on social justice outreach. She received her BA in Liberal Arts and Peace Studies from Eastern Mennonite College and was one of the first women to attend Wesley Theological Seminary, in Washington, DC, where she received her Master of Divinity.
