Douglas (Doug) Ahlers is a Senior Fellow with the Program on Crisis Leadership. He is a former Lecturer in Public Policy at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, where he taught and led research on urban disaster recovery policy and management. He is also founder of the Broadmoor Project and and a former Senior Fellow with the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center.
