Alexandra Gilliard is the Director of Communications at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
Prior to joining the Carr Center, Alexandra was the Communications Manager at Harvard’s Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute and a Senior Editor for the International Affairs Forum journal from the Center for International Relations.
She earned her MS in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University and her BA in International Relations from Boston University.
