As managing partner of CITG Capital, Bela has experience with starting and building middle market companies in manufacturing, distribution, services and technology. Prior to CITG, Bela worked for Fidelity Capital in its Boston-based investment group where she focused on evaluating investments in broadband technology and telecommunications in emerging markets. Prior to that, she worked for Combine International, a Detroit-based manufacturing company in various management and operations roles.
Bela received a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Education from the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School and an active member of Young Presidents Organization.
