Goldberg serves as managing partner and CIO at Lumina Capital Management and formerly served as partner of Farallon Capital Management and managing partner of Farallon Latin America Investimentos Ltda. Until 2011, he was president of Morgan Stanley in Brazil. He formerly led Brazil’s antitrust and consumer protection agency as Brazil’s Secretary of Economic Law in its Ministry of Justice. Goldberg holds a law degree and a doctorate degree from University of São Paulo. In addition, he received a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School. He serves on the boards of three Brazilian companies: Nubank, a neobank and the largest financial technology bank in Latin America, Frete.com, a freight online matching marketplace, and Dotz, a loyalty management company. Goldberg also serves on the audit committee of two nonprofit organizations, Lemann Foundation and Sou da Paz.
