Hope Osborn is a native Texan currently residing in Austin, Texas. She is the Director of Government Affairs at the non-partisan think tank Texas 2036. Throughout her decade-long career in and around the Texas Legislature, she has worked in both chambers for both parties and in Government Relations for the Texas Retired Teachers Association. Hope is a member of the Travis County CPS Board, on the Leadership Team at the Girls Advocacy League, a Woman of Courage through the Children Advocacy Centers of Texas, a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Travis County, and an alumnus of Leadership Austin. She co-founded non-partisan non-profit Pink Granite that aims to connect and empower women working in Texas politics and is a former board member of the Young Women’s Alliance and the International Justice Mission. Hope graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, receiving a B.A. in Government and Middle Eastern Studies. She is passionate about combating human trafficking, child welfare, and promoting women in government. If she is not planning an event (such as her self-written murder mystery parties), she is playing chess or listening to David Bowie. Post-ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, she aims to continue working in non-profit leadership or in government.
