Leslie is a joint MBA/MPP degree candidate at Harvard University and a David M. Rubenstein Fellow in the Center for Public Leadership. Previously she was a consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she advised nonprofits, philanthropists and other social sector leaders on their strategy and impact, particularly focusing on criminal justice, workforce development, and mental health. She also worked on the Information and Operations team at KIPP Public Charter Schools in Washington, DC, where she made decisions affecting student retention. Leslie is interested in improving the educational and financial outcomes of people of color in underserved communities. She plans to use her understanding of policy, nonprofits, and business to scale place-based initiatives to create economic mobility for people in these communities. Leslie graduated from the Huntsman Program at The University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies.
