Lia Mastrogiacomo is the Assistant Director of Student Engagement at CPL. Originally from the suburbs outside of Philadelphia (Go Birds!), she previously worked at the Career & Professional Development office at HBS, where she supported students and alumni in their career journeys by collaborating with companies across the tech, consumer products, and sustainability/agriculture sectors. Lia also worked at the Center for Education Policy Research (CEPR) at HGSE, contributing to the Strategic Data Project Fellowship (SDP). Passionate about student engagement, DEI initiatives, and fostering academic and career success, Lia is eager to work with students and is dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to public service.
