Boies is counsel to Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she specializes in antitrust and corporate commercial litigation. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served on its Board of Directors and chaired its Committee on Nominations and Governance. She served on the Board of MIT’s Center for International Studies and the Executive Committee and was a member of the Congressional Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Women’s History Museum and the Smithsonian American Women’s History Initiative. She was a member of the Board of Directors of MBNA Bank, a public, Fortune 200 company before its merger with Bank of America, and was a member of the Board of Visitors that oversees the U.S. Air Force School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, the Air Force Research Institute, the Air War College, the National Security Space Institute, and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
