Mili Adhikari is a 4th-year medical student at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. Mili is the co-founder and director of the Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation, an international initiative focused on menstrual equity. With a profound passion for reproductive health, she aims to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  As a public health researcher and global health activist, Mili is dedicated to fostering positive, sustainable transformations in sexual and reproductive healthcare. Her journey in medicine and public health is fueled by a deep commitment to addressing socio-economic inequities that disproportionately affect marginalized communities worldwide.  Originally from Nepal and shaped by her experiences as a South Asian political refugee, Milli’s work as a menstrual and reproductive equity activist and researcher in Nepal has profoundly influenced her dedication to practicing holistic medicine, driving equitable changes to mitigate health disparities, and advancing global health equity.
