Mohamed's upbringing and his father's emphasis on education have been pivotal in shaping him into an outstanding student. As a first-generation immigrant, college student, and graduate student, Mohamed pursued engineering to fulfill his passion for technology. Through his studies in Electrical Engineering (EE), he discovered a deep interest in instrumentation and control (I&C), particularly fascinated by how sensors make the invisible visible.  Mohamed's 13-year career in the diverse I&C field has been marked by success and growth, with three promotions highlighting his expertise. His experience working on an offshore oil island with 7,000 people has given him a well-rounded perspective, involving power generation, water treatment, and sewage treatment. He led the maintenance and upgrade of control systems for seven gas turbines and commissioned new turbines to reduce methane emissions, showcasing his leadership and technical skills.  Despite his accomplishments, Mohamed felt conflicted about the environmental impact of the oil and gas industry. Inspired by his family's legacy of public service.  Mohamed is now looking to expand his impact beyond Zirku Island through the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø MC-MPA program, seeking professional fulfillment in his quest to drive a smooth energy transition.
