Monica Mandelli is a Managing Director at KKR in New York, where she focuses on expanding KKR’s efforts with families and family offices globally by providing flexible capital solutions and strategic advice to leading families around the world. Prior to joining KKR in 2015, Monica worked at Goldman Sachs for 17 years, most recently as managing director and global head of the Family Office Coverage and Strategic Relationship Management group in investment banking. She was also co-head of Goldman Sachs’ firm-wide Women’s Network. Previously, Monica worked at Merrill Lynch in London in M&A and at McKinsey in New York. She holds a B.S. and M.S., summa cum laude, in Economics and Social Sciences from Universita’ Bocconi and an M.B.A, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School. She serves on numerous non-profit boards, including: Harvard Business School Alumni, Women’s Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, Horace Mann School, and Endeavor Italy.
