Saida Abdalla, the Senior Program Manager for the Emirates Leadership Initiative, is deeply committed to the region. Her passion for developing the rising generation of global citizens is a testament to her strong sense of responsibility and desire to effect positive change in communities around the world. With extensive experience in student development and a passion for promoting student success, she has implemented forward-thinking, student-centered approaches at various institutions in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Saida holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management, a Certificate in International Relations, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
