Sally Saba, MD, MBA, is the first Global Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer (CIDO) at Medtronic, and President of the Medtronic Foundation. In this dual role, Sally is responsible for delivering on the vision for Medtronic to be recognized as the global inclusion, diversity, and equity leader in healthcare, and to improve the lives of underserved populations around the world through financial investments, skills-based volunteerism, and strategic initiatives.
