Sonal Gadhia Dubey is a serial entrepreneur and advocate for disadvantaged women and children. She has started, funded, scaled, and turned around multiple businesses throughout her career. Her most recent venture was Global Supply Solutions, an internationally recognized and award-winning supplier management and financing company. Currently she serves as a chair and investor at String Ventures Social Impact Programs. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Sonal had a successful corporate career at Delphi & General Motors.

Her struggle as a refugee from Uganda fueled her to become a passionate advocate for women and children. Sonal has served as a board member of Building Better Families through Action, VIP Mentoring for children of incarcerated parents, and as President of Detroit Country Day Parents’ Association. Sonal is also a very active cultural ambassador. She has served on the Board of Directors and Trustees of the Detroit Opera and Michigan Opera House, and was on the Host Committee of Detroit Music Weekend. Additionally, Sonal is a member of Women's Presidents Organization (WPO) and Harvard Women’s Leadership Board (WLB) at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
