Dr. Stanley Onuegbu, DDS, is a general dentist currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. With a keen interest in the intersection of oral health and overall health, Dr. Onuegbu is dedicated to advancing a healthcare system that integrates various disciplines to enhance care outcomes. Dr. Onuegbu has been actively involved in projects focused on improving access to care. Notably, he contributed to a project that evaluated the effectiveness of California’s adult dental Medicaid program and recent state-level policy initiatives aimed at increasing provider participation and patient utilization. Before his time at Harvard, Dr. Onuegbu completed his dental education at the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas Christian University, earned in 2018. Following his studies at Harvard, he plans to pursue further clinical training in oral surgery residency. Ultimately, Dr. Onuegbu aspires to combine his surgical practice with a role in hospital administration.
