Tricia is the founder of Amplifyher Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing and supporting women-led and gender diverse companies. Tricia has invested in 35+ female founders over the last ten years. Before investing, Tricia was an operator who held executive sales and marketing roles for several high-growth businesses, including Collegiate Advantage, Student Advantage, Y2M Youth Media & Marketing, and most notably, Facebook. As the first VP of Sales at Facebook and the company’s 7th employee, Tricia built Facebook’s initial sales team, cultivated advertising relationships, and helped brands navigate the changing landscape of advertising during the shift to social media. In addition to her role at Amplifyher, Tricia is a wife to Parick Brogan and mom to two boys. She is an active member of her community and has served on corporate and non-profit boards.
