Tzur earned his LL.B in Law with a concentration in business and conflict management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, he holds a B.A from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in General History, where he delved into global post-World War trends and the establishment of modern governments in China, India, South America, US and eastern Europe, gaining insights into historical contexts that inform his work today. In 2015, following the kidnap of his brother, Tzur founded an organization dedicated to representing the families of Israel’s hostages in Gaza. His tireless efforts led a public campaign advocating for the safe humanitarian return of hostages from Israel and from around the world. Recognizing the importance of bystander impact Tzur established Bystander Israel in 2016. This NGO focuses on addressing public sexual harassment by enabling bystanders to affect and create safer environments. Before his MPP studies, Tzur served as an associate at Herzog Fox & Neeman law firm specialization in navigating and negotiating complex corporate and commercial transactions in various competitive markets in the business world. Tzur is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) at Harvard Kennedy School, where he intends to shape policies that impact Israel and communities worldwide. Among his academic interests are the art of striking deals between countries and applied history.
