Alumni gathered in Madrid last week for an event titled, "Reflecting on a Decade of Building State Capability," with BSC’s Director Salimah Samji MPA/ID 2004. Samji offered reflections on BSC’s 10-year journey of research and engagement and led the group in an interactive exercise on adapting to change. This was followed by a cocktail and networking reception.
