In an interview with Greater Boston, Danielle Allen, professor and director of the Edmond & Lily Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University, voiced some of her concerns.
“We are already living in a world that is drowning in misinformation, it's about to get worse. That's the really scary thing.”
Professor Allen mentioned fears that AI now has the capacity to impersonate anyone who has a digital footprint, and that the quick pace of AI advancement will cause layoffs within the tech sector.
