Alice Danon is a PhD student in public policy at Harvard Kennedy School. Her broad research interests are in labor, development, and behavioral economics. In particular, she is interested in understanding the determinants of educational inequality, beyond financial barriers. She is also working on the measurement and importance of socio-emotional skills in low-income settings. Prior to starting the PhD, she worked for three years in the World Bank research group. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Development from the Paris School of Economics (PSE) and a Bachelor in Development Economics from the University Paris Dauphine.
