Andrea Neyra-Nazarrett is a fourth-year PhD student in the political economy and government program, on the economics track. Her research centers on labor and personnel economics, specifically productivity and personnel in Latin America. She utilizes company data to delve into these topics and is currently collaborating on various projects with a large Mexican retailer. Before the PhD, Andrea worked at the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. Andrea also has a master's in public policy from ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and a BA in economics from ITAM.
