Fei is a PhD candidate studying education policy and program evaluation at Harvard University. Her research focuses on identifying effective interventions to improve student learning in low- and middle-income countries. She is interested in providing robust evidence to answer policy-relevant questions. In her dissertation, she explores factors that affect decisions about educational investments. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a research analyst at the World Bank.
