My research explores children's inquiry and curiosity as foundational drivers of learning and cognitive development. Using observational, corpus-based, and experimental methods, I investigate how inquiry emerges in early childhood, varies across sociocultural contexts, and contributes to specific learning outcomes such as language, literacy, and early STEM skills.
