Nora O'Neil is the Associate Director for the Sustainability Science Program at Harvard's Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government with over 25 years’ experience at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, grant administration, financial management, research appointments, and editorial support for research publications. She oversees the annual student award competitions for the Ray Goldberg Fellowship in Global Food Systems and the Vicki Norberg-Bohm Fellowship. From 1996-2002 she was the Project Coordinator of the Harvard Information Infrastructure Project. Originally joining ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø to work with the Science, Technology, and Public Policy Program, she has been affiliated with the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs and the Center for International Development over the course of her career in research administration. O'Neil is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service as a concentrator in the Science, Technology and International Affairs Program with a Certificate in Russian Studies.
