Solidarity Forever: The Future of the Labor Movement
After a steady decline in union membership, labor unions are now more popular than they've been in 50 years. Workers are choosing unions in parts of the country and in industries long thought too difficult to organize. After President Biden vowed to be the most pro-worker pro-union President in history, both major parties currently vie to be the party of the working class. We will discuss the promise, challenges and future of the labor movement.
