Leadership for System Change: Delivering Social Impact at Scale


Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Harvard Executive Education Module 

From March 15-21, 2025, the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship will convene an in-person executive education module with Harvard Kennedy School. The course features a practitioner-oriented curriculum designed specifically for our global network of social changemakers working across the public, social, and private sectors. Guided by top faculty, participants will deepen their understanding of systems change, identify ways to scale their impact, and develop leadership skills that will accelerate their efforts.

The program is Chaired by Professor Julie Battilana. Professor Battilana is the Joseph C. Wilson Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School and the Alan L. Gleitsman Professor of Social Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School, where she is also the Founder and Faculty Chair of the .

Please note that this module is open to the awardees of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship who have not previously participated in the module. Co-founders are encouraged to both apply and attend together. If places are still available, we also welcome applications from a member of your executive team, e.g. Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Development Officer, Chief Financial Officer, or similar.
