Abstract
Mr. Chairman, Congressman Deutch, and members of the committee, I am grateful
for this opportunity to testify on the Implications of a Nuclear Agreement with Iran.
I support the negotiations underway in Vienna to prevent Iran from becoming a
nuclear weapons power and believe the U.S. is warranted to seek a diplomatic solution to this challenge, if one is possible.
