How should organizations approach the task of eliminating bias from the work environment?
By de-biasing organizations instead of individuals, we can make smart changes that have big impacts. In this video, Iris Bohnet, Albert Pratt Professor of Business and Government; Academic Dean, Harvard Kennedy School; Co-Director of the Women and Public Policy Program (WAPPP), lists three things that organizations and employers should know as they try to debias their workplace and tackle issues such as the gender pay gap and performance support bias.
