LEAPS Website Intern (CID)
GEAR:UP, CID's education initiative, is looking for an ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø student to lead on updating the content and design of the Learning and Educational Achievement in Pakistan Schools (LEAPS) portfolio’s . Key tasks will include: Creating new web-pages for LEAPS papers not on the website yet including layout and visuals; Drafting paper summaries appropriate for a lay audience; Standardizing existing study pages for a cohesive, user-friendly, and engaging experience; Recommending layout and content updates to other sections of the website (e.g. the team page and the research approach page).
As the LEAPS website is built on Squarespace – a drag and drop website editor – coding experience is not required but experience with similar web editors and/or graphic design is preferred. A working understanding of econometrics including randomized control trials is essential, as are excellent writing and communication skills.
This is a paid opportunity at the standard student hourly rate and will report to the Senior Research Manager.
